FAQs

All of our furniture items are bespoke and custom made to order, therefore carry a 2-3 weeks turnaround time for furniture and 1-2 weeks turnaround time for mirrors from receipt of order and payment. Delivery rates will apply for outskirt locations.

For any international orders, please email us at info@theverahome.com before placing an order. We will then contact you with a quote and can arrange for the order to be placed offline.

Before making a purchase, we advise you to confirm that the product's dimensions will fit in your elevator or house. Please be aware that there may be some variations in the color and texture of the goods between the real thing and the picture. All custom-sized, bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, deliveries that are delayed because of unforeseen situations or official holidays are not our responsibility.

 
 
Once an order has been confirmed and the transaction has been completed, we are unable to accept any cancellations. As every item is made to order, the materials have already been acquired, and our expert craftsmen are working on your piece right away. Make sure you have checked all sizes as necessary to guarantee that you will be entirely delighted with your product. Request sample swatches in advance to prevent any misunderstandings about fabric colors.
 
 
 

If you believe the goods are defective or were damaged during shipping, you must immediately take pictures and send them to us. If you ask the courier to open any parcels while receiving merchandise so you may check them and spot a problem, you have the right to refuse the item. Once you've authorized and accepted the merchandise, it will be considerably more difficult to repair any concerns with damage. After 14 days, we are no longer liable for product damage or complaints.
